You should be aware of how BAD you are.
No, not THAT bad. BAD. Basic Attack Dependent.
People Order Our Patties
What is a BAD champion? A champion who mostly deals their damage in fights through their basic attack. Champions like Xin Zhao, Jax, Vayne, Twitch, Jinx, and Quinn. Most ADCs fall under this category.
Champions that are BAD can have problems under certain circumstances if you aren't paying attention. If there's an enemy Rammus, you should ALWAYS know where he is; you don't want to stack up on a bajillion attack speed and damage only for Rammus, Shen, Teemo or Jax to turn that on you. BAD champions don't have much range to them, even the ADCs, which makes it difficult to poke bushes where enemies might be or are. For that matter, BAD champions need line of sight of their targets to kill them. How many times have you seen Vayne ult tumble into a bush to pursue their quarry only to get her head smashed into her chest cavity? How many times has Ezreal or Lux ulted a bush to secure an escaping kill and risked nothing for doing so?
Likewise, you should also know when the enemy is BAD. Thornmail doesn't do much against AD casters. Do they have a lot of BAD champions? Bring Rammus along; even if you aren't an expert with him, his inherent advantage against BAD champions makes him a good choice regardless. Shaco, though he's not a tank, is good against BAD champions because he can stealth. You can't target what you can't see.
Don't get me wrong, there's nothing inherently bad with playing BAD champions, but if you have a whole team of them, you open yourself up to weakness. God knows they do have a lot of them, and a lot of champions capitalize on being an antithesis to BAD champions. Teemo, because he's not evil enough already, is one such champion.
and (the only new one in 5+ years)
... which btw wasn't even adjusted for the massive crit buff that happened in the pre-season.
