No, you start to go in, if Janna ults then you get pushed back. You then have about a minute of time before she can do it again. There you go. If she does let you in then you zhonyas.
Janna doesn't just ult you. She slows you first, and as soon as you get in range to ult, she knocks you back.
If you Zhonya before she ults. you literally have the carries in the edge of your ult and they need to take half a step to the side to get out of it.
If you don't Zhonya and she knocks you away, the carries now know exactly where you are and they're going to turn on you and kill you or force Zhonya before you get in range again.

not if she already slowed someone else, or your support used crucible on you, or you have QSS or cleanse!
or you have a morgana. there you go. bam. counterpick the counterpick
as for kindred, uh. good luck. Kindred ult counters almost any hard engage. Maybe take your own Janna and ult the enemy out of there
If you're in range of your support, you're not flanking, meaning you had to run through their front line, which will also be focused on stopping you. If your support is flanking with you, it's not protecting your ADC, who is infinitely more important than Kennen.
