As a jungler, kills have become more important to winning than objectives

With the game in it's current state, it's more effective to snowball off of kills and bounties than it is to take objectives.

I'm literally having to ignore free dragons and herald, in exchange for counterganking the enemy jungler, because it will snowball to the point that it can instantly kill me if I don't stop it.

This is really not okay.
