Photos's ADC pass : how2make Graves and Lucian (and Sivir) distinct.

Alrighty people. So right now Graves and Lucian have pretty similar identities: short ranged, bursty adc with dash. What is each one's actual identity supposed to be? Graves is supposed to be the tanky, ballsy adc who gets in your face and piles all his stuff on you. Lucian is supposed to be the flashy dude who goes around fast and sends light all around. The issues with that? Graves needs to be in combat for a while to be tanky, which is in contrast with the concept of assassinating à la Diana, while Lucian is too short ranged and manahungry to do his little kiting dance with spells included. Solutions? Graves should gain multiple stacks of his passive upon using abilities, and gain a reset mechanic on kill (-10 secs on non-ultimate spells? 5 secs stealth? spellshield/immunity to disables? massive autoattack/as steroid?). This way he goes in, WEQR, full passive (cap raised by a bit), kill someone, has other stuff to do after mission successful. Lucian should get Sivir's passive, and have it doubled towards enemies affected by his W (is his star his W?). No more double auto, slightly higher range (+25?), not too high AS at lvl 18 to remain a caster and not... Kalista. Let the dance begin.

Now, Sivir. We just took her passive and given it to Lucian. Moreover, apart from her ult which screams "TEAMPLAY", she is also a short ranged, caster, AoE damage adc. So what is her unicity now? She could get a "minigame" like the recent reworks, in particular like GP's, and "discover" items (she's a mercenary/treasure raider) upon completing quest (one of which is getting level 6). These items would affect her impact on the team, by having for example such or such secondary stat boost for her ult, armor reduction on her Q or slow or large reveal, ability to cast spellshield on allies, etc.
