What we currently have on the PBE is a straight up nerf. The only way it can impact him is by giving him fewer resistances when jungling or if he does not dash towards enemies. There is no potential increase in power in any situation, so there is no compensation. It's a nerf.

Yeah, I don't know what the deal with all these nerfs + compensation is atm. My Twitch just got shot in the foot a couple patches ago with no compensation despite being miles more balanced then graves...

Certain parts of a kit may be overtuned while the champion as a whole is not out of control, this can be said for Graves as his armor and mr stacking is a bit too high, but he is not overall a problem.

I am here with you, if he dashes toward the enemy he gets the same efficiency as he has currently. Get nerfed once, and he is still meta, so they give him not really nerfs

It's funny how graves is balanced relative to ADCs but they completely forgot about melee champions when they reworked him. ;)

I mean. The change up on the PBE isn't even a compensation buff. It's a nerf for his entire clear, as well as a nerf to his ability to charge up his true grit outside of combat.

I have good news for you then friend! The current changes on the PBE are straight nerfs, without a single compensation buff in sight. In no scenario is he stronger than he was.

I have good news for you friend, you haven't actually read the full changes.

Now he gets half the resistances from a single stack of True Grit, but True Grit stacks eight times. So while dashing towards a champion will work the same as it does now, dashing in any other direction will result in less defense, which means it is just a straight nerf.
