Apparently, this only happens in ranked but everyone, I mean everyone(top, bot, jungle) comes into my lanes and takes my CS. I understand you want to take the tower in mid and we can, but could you at - least wait until the laning phase is over?

chances are, they're doing it because they want the laning phase to end. That would explain why they would be eager to take tower as fast as possible. They could also be doing this because they already took their tower in their respective lane. (In which case, the laning phase IS over.)
If you need extra CS, I would gravitate to one of the side lanes. As a Support main, I tend to gravitate towards the center so I can provide vision wherever needed. (And presumably, the ADC should follow me.) Either bot side so your can contest Drake, or Top side to contest herald/baron. And Idealy, the top laner would be in the opposite side with his TP ready. (Pretty much the epitome of the 1-3-1 split push)

I thought laning phase was meant to last until 45 minutes until everyone is full build.
