Why does Kled lose turret agro when Skaarl runs away??

I have nothing against kled, but its truly annoying when he turret dives, get low enough that the turret would finish him off if it kept attacking him like every other champ in the game, yet then he kills you and the turret gets that last hit on skaarls health bar, at which point the turret ignores him entirely.
