How to lane: Q-AA-E-AA- run away with ms boost / Repeat until the enemy dies (2 or 3 times max), save W to counter hard CC/spell they're maxing.

Teamfights: Ult the closest enemy to your team, instakill him with ur 100% max HP true damage (yeah you can reach that with 4AD items) and give ur team a massive heal, chase everyone to death with ur 2.5 sec cooldown dash and 50% ms boost, win the game.

Builds:

- Tanky

- Glass cannon (instakill anyone)

She needs the CDR to be effective, enjoy freelo while it lasts.

Basic attacks against Vitals deal 3% (+「 2.7 + (0.1 × Fiora's level)% 」per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health bonus true damage.

Let's assume her level is 18, since she's a hard carry and will probably reach 18 before anyone else.

Basic attacks against Vitals deal 3% (+「 4.5% 」per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health bonus true damage.

Now let's assume that you have 1000 bonus AD from... idk, some amazing instakill build and Janna shield and such.

Basic attacks against Vitals deal 3% (+45%) of target's maximum health bonus true damage.

That's 48% with 1000 bonus AD.

FYI: to reach 100% HP true damage, you'll need 2156 bonus AD.
