PSA: underrated champs aren't necessarily underpowered

Urogt isn't underpowered, Annie DEFINITELY isn't underpowered(kinda obvious like dufuq), Alistar isn't underpowered, Malz isn't underpowered, Liss isn't underpowered, Rammus is still very viable in the meta if not less so than other junglers and is not underpowered, I have rank 5 on Twisted Fate and I can say he definitely isn't underpowered, Zed for fucksake isn't underpowered whatever gave you that idea is insane, why tf did you put flash on there? Its the most used summoner spell ever, Aegis/Locket is used a ton, and Twitch has a bad early game and isn't the best 1v1'er but is insanely good in teamfights.

Everything there is in no way underpowered. The fact that you mention while we're in the current meta makes it clear you have no idea what you're talking about.

ive never seen anyone says these champs are underrated or even seen them underrated, and ive never seen anyone say any of these besides twitch is underpowered.
