[REQUEST] Item Shop QoL: Remember Active Slot

I Just had a painful experience where I bought QSS, put it on my usual active item hotkey slot. Later on I bought Mercurial Scimitar. When it came time to fight, I had not noticed that purchasing the Mercurial Scimitar slid the item item out my hotkey and into Slot 1.

I really think that when you finish an active item, the game should fit the finished item into the same slot as the unfinished active item.
