Does Nidalee need a rework?

I feel like no matter what we do with her, she's always either too oppressive or completely useless. This leads me to believe that her kit is inherently toxic, and therefore impossible to balance. So should we just start from scratch with her, or continue the endless nerf/buff cycle?

no she just needs taken out of the jungle and put back into top and mid lane
