Swain has literally 5% less play and 1% less winrate than Vlad. Basically, a higher sample size of players is able to win more often on Vlad than what is basically just Swain's mains exclusively, with Swain being pretty much resigned to one single role now while Vlad can flex between two.
This is... holy fuck, Riot really legitimately can't balance their own game. Either that or just won't, and I can't decide which is worse.

They are not nerfing him. They just arent fixing a bug that would buff swain.
How are people upvoting this? It's a tooltip fix who the fuck actually thought it was at 75% that would be broken af. Like swain heals a good amount in a fight meaning he would be fuck one shotting whole teams god it's a nightmare just to talk about.
BUT the only thing you should wonder about is how the fuck did it end up as 37.5 like 37 is already a weird number since most of the time it would be like 30,35 and 40 or something like that BUT how the actually fuck did they get .5 you're telling me 37 is too low but 38 is too strong. JUST ROUND THE FUCKING NUMBER I DON'T THINK IT WILL BREAK HIM.
