Not a glitch, just the way the skillshot zones work, when the maps angled like that the skillshots seem longer then they actually are, as a result they seem to not be hitting when in all reality they werent in the actual skillshot zone, just like how they seem longer when looking towards reds base

I think you mean W glitch, E is her movement ability which clearly hit. W is the cone attack that did nothing.
