taliyahs ult is nearly imposible to set up as well as she needs massive buffs

i think aside from maybe inceased damage on her q i think that her passive should work in combat as well and her worked ground should not be so big. If they dont tack on more q damage i think that she could use some kind of damage passive put onto her ult because her ult sucks
