People literally build her full lethality, because of how much natural attackspeed they can get from her. Not to mention its a rough lane match up for anyone.

No because that's wrong. She builds lethality because of her kit; 
has a lot of natural attack speed and nobody builds lethality on her.
FrozenFrostFyre1 votesMf already has extremely low base stats compared to many other adc's(which already have extremely low base stats compared to melee). Maybe look at items and see that she purchased berserkers and realize that it's an attackspeed item before making a fool of yourself whining on boards.
