Why do players not agree to the forfeit?

We're 6 and 27. Bottom is down to its inhibitor turret and top and mid are both gone entirely. They have two drakes to our zero. We have had an AFK player for the last 8 minutes. We're collectively 12 levels behind. We aren't going to win. We aren't going to get the win bonus on IP. We aren't getting Mastery Chests.

Why do people vote to waste time? Is this some new form of trolling making rounds on Youtube?

So do I. Sitting under tower that the enemy pushes under and destroys, moving back to the one behind it and waiting for the same to happen is hardly playing the game though. That's the point of the surrender vote, to go onto a game with playing involved.

Not every person views the game as you do, some people try to come back from being behind aand learn from the game

So the general consensus is that the surrender vote shouldn't be an option?

The surrender vote is there for IF EVERYONE agrees to giving up at that moment or enough people

Looks like most people agreed to keep playing. so they keep playing.

its not "because one player wants to quit, everyone must quit"

someone doesnt understand how the surrender vote works. "most people"? no, it only takes one jerk duo to keep everyone else captive, even in a completely unwinnable game.

I seriously think there should be a second level. RIght now, there there's the "early surrender at 15, if everyone agrees".

I think there should also be a "15 kills and 5 towers down, only 3 people have to agree" option.
