What if Runes were replaced with Doran items

Idc that's up to riot but it seems pretty stupid that you buy the Doran items just to sell.
It's also pretty dumb to buy an item with low bases and minimal unique abilities that can't upgrade, on its own.

Have the waves start 1m later so people can buy and you never have someone say "DAMN CLIENT WRONG RUNES"
