The statistics have shown that Azir has one of the worst performances of any champion in the game, in any era... barring the lowest end garbage like Urgot... however, having played the era of post-Azir release with his absurd dominance, I am very reluctant to agree to any buffs... but on the third hand(so to speak); I would rather Azir dominance era than
