Thanks to it not kicking me out of the game and the client auto-restarting, but still not letting me do anything until the game started.

It's 2019, why does this even happen?

Because in 2019 every other bug in every other game has been fixed, and crashes happening is a thing that ONLY happens in League, and in no other game ever made.

Because that's totally the problem, and not the fact that the game started even though I wasn't able to choose my runes or summoners
