is my backup and 2nd most played.
I like caster adcs. I like using abilities, strong damage, having good cc, bot lane 2v2 action, and being a carry.
I would rather play Casseopia bot lane then mid, as its my primary lane and has more action. Cass has good dps, and her cc can really devastate squishies, so I'm thinking she might work as an ap "adc".
Can it be viable and fairly effective, at least for unranked?

another potential problem i see is that many of her numbers scale with level while you are usually underleveled on bot.

P.S.: is the only thing that keep mage out of bot lane, the fact they don't take down turret fast enough.

hum... I am sorry, but I can't help with the build problem, a barely played 
to know if the mana is gonna be a big issue or not,I know that she spams skill tor farm and see is good in 1x1 or even 1x3 scenarios.
that you gonna need to test out, maybe you can go with the normal build, and play like a ezreal.
but that's is up to you.
Oleandervine1 votesYou also have a few other problems, such as highly mobile enemy ADCs like Ezreal, Vayne, and Lucian, who can ruin her because they will outmaneuver her. Then there's also ADCs like Ashe, Caitlyn, and Jhin who can kill her from a range, because Cassiopeia just doesn't have the range or mobility to cover ground between them before they can destroy her. If you can go against fairly immobile ADCs like MF or Jinx, I think you'd be good.

Cuddly Wolfy1 votesWell, i would like to point out to people that damage to towers does in fact scale off of AP as well. Ive played some games with a friend of mine on my main and we do some stuff like Mordekaiser and Katarina bot lane, Cassiopia and Teemo bott lane too, mages are kept out of bot lane for the simple fact that people choose not to play a mage in bot. Conventional supports like Janna among a few others may not do so well with them, but Blitz and Thresh and maaaaabey Braum...... Would work well, along with other kill lane champions like Lux, or just a healer like Soraka.
Ziggs would also be a viable support due to his tower killing potential as well, but ziggs is viable enough for jungle, top, mid, support, apc, adc, you name it he can do it.
Some potentials for bottom lane of mages is Akali, Diana, Cassiopia, Katarina, Teemo, Ziggs, Lux, Shaco (he can also be ad, but then hes just going to be clowning around in this list).... Pretty much if you can burst and stick to the enemy adc, thats all you need.
Chaos Milk Tea1 votesAll she has to do is kill tanks reliably. I don't know much about Cass but I believe she is in fact a dps mage so she should be able to fulfill the role of glass cannon damage over time.
