@Riot, How to make lane Nunu viable

This would be an easy fix you could do on Nunu. Make his Q do half damage to champions. This would allow him to trade much better with the tanky melee tops. You could slightly nerf his E to compensate if he became too strong. Right now he is probably the worst laner in the game in most situations.
