Sejuani's going to be heinously broken if she hits live in this state

just a heads up for anyone who wants their freelo next patch

all of sejuani's damage is loaded onto a passive with freakishly high % damage and no scaling, so if you want to destroy anyone with minimal effort, go full tank with a void staff.

on top of having probably the best single-target lockdown in the game now (up to 4 seconds of stun) her E->R combo lets her proc -- and reapply-- her passive, for a 50% max HP burst plus the base damages from E, R, and anything you use to pop the second frostbite, sejuani doesn't even need to stack up on you herself for her to be able to do this. put her next to a Renekton and enjoy him stacking her stun to full instantly and bursting you for the rest of your HP with no counterplay on your part. that's right, without any effort on your part whatsoever, you get one of the strongest executions in the game with 2 buttons on a nearly fulltank build. and all this, on top of being able to toss out up to a 5 second slow in a large AoE

but i'm sure this is just part of her 'skill expression.'

only riot shills will downvote this without replying

She is suuuuper slow through the jungle and gets low on hp...

Are you thinking she will top lane now? at which point you can counter her with a ranged champion.

she's not that slow.

It takes her 5 seconds less to 5 camp than it did to 6 camp pre rework. She's painfully slow.

hasn't felt slow to me, only camp that gives me trouble is krugs

regardless, if it does end up worse then its all the more reason to compensate faster clears with heavy nerfs to her passive damage.

I assume all the downvotes are from people frustrated by the direction of the rework.

Remember, a champion can be extremely overturned and still feel like shit to play, e.g. malzahar and shaco immediately following their respective updates.

The downvotes are from people who understand that a champ who had a melee that instakilled and 5 MS would still be utter garbage.

Sej has no way to deal with kitting efficiently outside of her ult on the PBE, which alone is a death sentence for the kit. While her numbers are overtuned that doesn't mean she'll be strong, her kit just has too many fatal flaws between this, her lack of ability to clear and her being even squishier than she is now in protracted fights when her passive drops off.

She won't be broken, she has too many exploitable weaknesses. Her clear is too bad, she's too kitable and she's too team reliant, which is a death nail in soloque. She'll most likely be extremely underpowered even with her absurd numbers.

I haven't played her yet, but I have watched PantsareDragon's video on her. Of course he goes off, but watching him play her sort of gave me the impression that she isn't going to be a godlike jungler. From what it looks like, she will be on the same tier as Amumu: super good if ahead, but easy to put behind. I honestly could see her getting buffs of some kind. Because of how long it takes for her to proc her e a second time on someone, it makes her clear abysmally slow early game and makes her damage in skirmishes really low without a red buff or red smite (early game of course). So yea, just have to wait and see, but there is no way you can assume a champ is broken OP from just looking at numbers or playing it on PBE. You have to wait and see the champ being played at a higher level first.

doesn't matter what they change honestly, the core design is bad. You can fine tune the numbers all you like

and you can absolutely tell a champion will be strong or not. Everyone knew Camille was going to be absurd, same with Kalista, and some of the previous re works like Malz were obvious. There have been a few surprise OPs like the juggernauts and LeBlanc but that's usually because they get buffed immediately after they come to Live

On the whole, a lot of her kit was nerfed or transitioned to be roughly the same in power if you had decent execution skills on your W. But the Icebreaker passive really confuses me. It's a single target Max health nuke, which feels odd to have on a tank. And it's reliable damage. After the painful process of getting to level 7, you have access to an E+R combo that nukes anyone 40% of their Max HP. That's such an odd transition of power. It's a max health execute, so she will kill any laner that hangs out with 50% health (this includes tanks and juggernauts).
