I just left a ranked game

That game is happening as I type this (probably not as you read this) Currently its only been 10~minutes into the game, but heres why I left and why im posting this

  1. xerath died first blood before minions even spawned 2- darius then killed our wukong top a minute later 3- my "support" sona decided to go AD sona because her three supports got banned and doesnt know how to play anyone else but blitz thresh or leona support and decides to play ranked and proceed to troll 4- sona was feeding which led to me getting dived and killed 5-udyr refused to gank anywhere but mid (they were a duo)

So why WHY IN GODS NAME riot Am I getting paired with these types of people EVERY GAME (if its not feeders and we end up winning I get toxic people who make me think we are gunna lose all game until we win)

I was silver V last season so why am I stuck in bronze 3?

dont give the whole "youre hovering because you belong there" bullshit we all know that elo hell exisits and that shit is BS high elo players spit out to feel good about themselves.

also WHY SHOULD ANYONE both enemy and on your team

be A: for the enemy team: rewarded for an unfair victory , they should not get any LP IP anything when there is an obvious troll or rager trust me id happily hand back all the LP ive ever gained due to feeders if it meant riot would do the following

why should we lose lp and get falsely reported? also why is 3/2 not a majority vote for a surrender? and why should we be punished for leaving a game that is obviously going to end up in your loss?

why should we waste 20 minutes? when by 5 minutes the score is 0/25~?

TLDR: riots matchmaking is shit

thats what needs blanacing not stupid little QQers about veigar or zed or j4 QQers

Riot need to fix their fucking matchmaking with the following ideas

  1. If there is an afk/leaver (even if they played the game a little and then left)

NO MATTER WHAT if there is an afk on either the winning or losing team, NOBODY GETS REWARDED AND NOBODY LOSES ANYTHING 2)same thing with obvious trolls and ragers (would require a report after game ill explain how it will work next)

  1. FOR ALL GAMES EVEN IF NOBODY WAS REPORTED

It shows as pending for 1 day before giving or taking away any rewards

if anybody from the game was reported AND punished for trolling feeding afking ect. no rewards or loss

  1. harsher punishments for ranked rule breaking
  • in normals its fine for you to play a new champ and not do so hot, or break the meta to have fun and lose but in ranked play, if you dont take it seriously and you screw around and try a champ for the first time/new build without having tested it ect. THERE WILL BE PUNISHMENT
  1. new champions and skins
  • everytime you release a new champion A: you must WIN 20 normal games with that champion ON summoners rift draft mode before its allowed to be picked by you in a ranked Q or B: it is disabled from ranked for the first two weeks

as for skins

same deal only less games maybe ten or so to avoid them playing dj sona in ranked without have ever played sona before

  1. 3/2 is a majority surrender as well as 3/1 enough said, but a true majority vote needs to be implemented

7)leaves: the surrender time should be removed, you should be able to surrender whenever AND if you leave, THERE SHOULD BE MINIMAL WARNINGS IF other players got reported and punished,

if you continue to just leave though then the system can think "hes just leaving every bad start game where they only die twice" then youd get banned

EDIT: shit like this should not be allowed in ranked And IMO riot needs to say something about this in ranked. Dont get me wrong Im not saying community creations shoulndt be allwoed, but Im sure somewhere in bronze when this song came out, there were jungle grags everywhere courtesy of a half rate musician group on youtube.

Its the same stuff for dunkey for trick2g for anyone

Riot needs to step in and say something like "hey remember guys this was played in a custom game with friends/ in a normal unranked game and even if breaking the meta isnt against the rules, you probably shouldnt jungle gragas just because you saw it in a video"

oh look he's the ass that afk's when things don't go his way. I bet you also are one of those douches who spam /ff just because you haven't won 20 mins into the game. Why don't you actually play games and try to IMPROVE!? nope, it's better to afk and bitch about how you get bad teammates instead. Maybe you get bad teammates because you YOURSELF are bad

Actually I left because there were three obvious trolls I wasnt going to put up with refusing to vote yes for 45+ minutes of my time

the xer and udyr jungle had played a game before (and lost) and were trolling each other, xerath had never played xerath before and the udyr was only ganking him just to screw with him

then there was the obvious AD sona which we all told her to go AP well before the game even started, she refused, went AD then proceeded to say "fuck it" and intentionally fed

excuses from the leaver, it's fine. You are the one being reported and not them, you are the one who has the highest chance of being punished and not them so great job!

"excuses" you mean the truth? I played several more games after that (with now having lower priority que)

wanna know what happened from 67 lp to 0lp, obviously i lost lp for a leave, but the three games after that were just the same, getting trolls feeders and throwers

excuses from a baddie leaver that prefers to DC and then come bitch to the forums like he has any right to complain about others when he himself leaves games. Guess what? you cannot complain about trolls and throwers when you YOURSELF are a troll and a thrower. Keep leaving games just because you don't get the perfect teammates, maybe you will get banned faster that way and we don't hear excuses from baddie leavers like yourself

Silver V is not bronze, bronze is cancer silver V is not cancer, silver V is where people actually start to take ranked seriously and try to win and stop trolling (the only problem in silver V is we all suck to hard to climb INCLUDING ME, I hovered in silver V during preseason and partly I was there due to preseason changes fucking everything up

but my personal skill level was : I know the basics of the game, such as turtling farming, objective control warding ect. but now I need to find a champion or main role that I am good at and practice that champion alot aswell as keeping up on all other roles before I can get better

Lol. No. Silver is practically Bronze players except you had people who actually wanted to take the game seriously. And people in silver barely take the game as serious as bronze. It really only gets serious in Gold+

My main problem with this thread is that you ask why do you get matched with people like this when they could ask: "why am i matched with an afker?"

Im more concerned with the fact that sure Im not challenger, but I know enough about the game to get silver 5 before the season rewards ended, I couldve kept climbing if not for all the preseason changes (obviously I wasnt going to climb as much in preseason) But I played ranked in preseason so I would do good in my placements maybe get bronze 2 or 1 and get back to silver.

Instead I got this crap in my placements (trolls feeders ect, never had a problem with leavers/afkers)

and got placed into bronze 4 now I'm hovering in bronze three and heres how it goes

Whenever I win: enemy team Has a rager, feeder, ect (if it is an afk they always afk after weve already pretty much won IE: theyve died 20 times so why are they wasting their time trying to surrender when we are at their nexus about tp win in five minutes anyways)

Whenever I lose which DONT GIVE THE BULLSHIT "you have a statisically higher chance of not getting a troll if you arent the troll on your team"

Because it's false those numbers are marginal when it comes to "trolls" because there are many types of trolls and feeders, and there are the teammates who you wouldnt classify as trolls but they in your mind are trolls

such as the bot lane who by 10 minutes got their tower (friendly jinx and our support were fed)

well I was playing veigar and obviously I need to farm my Q to around 120 AP to be sortof usefull, Well despite me saying to NOT PUSH MID LANE BEFORE 20 MINUTES they decided to push my turret, before 20 minutes (around 12-15 I think) so I could no longer farm safely and got super behind because If I went to farm Id get killed against the enemy jungle and morde,

by the time we started losing, they decided to blame it on me because my KDA was bad implying KDA is everything in this game to determine skill

not the fact that Bot lane has no idea it doesnt matter how fed they are, if they take over my mid, take all my farm and push my lane, they are making it a 4v5 because Im useless as veigar (or anyone) if I cant get any gold

I got to there. If that's the first reason you list as to why you were an ass an AFKd, the rest of your post isn't worth reading. I was hoping that least your team was incredibly toxic and at least somewhat deserved it, but I was disappointed.

There were, or well idk if they were when I left cus I had to mute them 3 minutes in borderline had to mute the enemy team for raging about being yasuo getting camped mid

you want to know xeraths response to the first blood some spam thing about 420yolomlgtopro shit he died 3 ish or more more times before I just said fuck it

also AD sona man... the intentional feed was real.... walking right into morgs snare on purpose ...

So this what I have to look forward to when I decide to jump into the ranked scene eh? People who afk because the game didn't go as planned like those LCS moments they wish they were in?

Seriously, I just see less and less point in trying with ranked games if I have to deal with the same ass hats in normals but they tilt twice as fast and three times as hard in ranked.

And this "No one gets rewarded if someone leaves or gets reported blah blah" stuff. No one would get anything if it worked like that. We all know it. 9/10 games would have someone getting reported just because they're pissy they lost so no one gets anything and the one 1 of that 10 would just have a leaver because "He's such a troll like that YOLO". And that's being generous. Dude, like come on.

Did you read the "pending games" part

the only time that would happen is if somebody GOT PUNISHED for trolling or afking ect.

which would force riot to A: bring back the tribunal or B: actually get a decent team to handle reports and rework punishments because lyte seems to be hated by the community, and isnt doing shit about anything but afkers IMO

edit: I also dont watch the LCS and I wish half of bronze didnt either, maybe this is why im seeing AD sonas, because some big wig youtuber or lcs player did it and won

You get matched with the trolls and feeders because you're the one that goes afk. Every team has to be balanced, right?

EDIT: Wrote this when I was really tired. First part was a fuck up. Deleted it.

Also, yeah, ELO Hell doesn't exist. I'm in Bronze IV, I know I'm terrible, and I still know that it doesn't exist. If you want to rank up, you gotta improve. I'd recommend you watch FoxDrop. His tips are a bit vague, but can still be useful if you have an open mind. Just remember - not every game is winnable.

I never afk unless its downright obvious that its a waste of time (Ie three obvious trolls AD sona and then two feeders who wre duo Q i think with a "lets duo mid pretty much" because it was always udyr and xer mid)
