How to get a good score with Zilean?

Its IMPOSSIBLE to get a good post game score with him. I had a 2/2/17 game, high CC score, decent damage, vision control on point... B-

My ADC was DC'd for the first few minutes. I ended the game 0/3/9, strong vision game, actually got decent farm, and got a C!

Max W so you can use your E on people all the time and get a lot of easy assists

try him out midlane, he's less picked thus easier to get good notes on him^^
