Not 100% of it, if he is supposed to be a counter to mages, his ult shouldnt be a 100% ap scaling point and click nuke that will 1 shot anyone under 2k health regardless of ap or ad.
It should scale off perhaps 30-50% of his own ap, then scale off the enemies. Really tired of not having a flash up when i get placed in a stun trap, and knowing all it takes is a single Q and R.
No one likes Veigar's antimage thing though
Yeah the anti-mage thing is really dumb and no one actually cares about it. Also, if you lean too heavily on it you screw him against AD mids, which, as Kassadin demonstrates, can be ok, but normally isn't.
If that ult can't one shot an adc after 40 minutes then there is no reason to pick him over other mages, honestly I'd like them to move his anti-mage identity back to his passive and possibly give him back his 1.2 ult ratio
Q R my ass i was 21-9-16 ap ezreal pushing the nexus with baron and the 3-14 veigar with 300 cs pushed R an hit me for 2250 damage lol. 1 shotted without counter play other than my zhonya which was on cd from previous fight we won but owell was fun being 1 shotted.
