Support items should disperse half of kill gold to nearby champions
To prevent scenarios like this, where the lane is roughly even in KDA and CS, but one side is still behind and doesn't transition well to the mid game, because the support got most of the kills.
This would also help bring mage supports into line, since their items are significantly more expensive than actual support items.
