Doesn't scale or carry particularly well, doesn't have a kit particularly suited to play making, all he really offers is damage and he needs to get fed to really burst or pump out DPS well; even then, it's not that impressively high.
In this meta it seems better to just gank hard early game and shred tower platings to snowball out of control.
If I didn't have to ban morgana every game, my ban would go to Graves so my team can't play this useless champ.
Clearly people disagree but no one has posted as to why. He was recently buffed, so it's clear he was a pretty poor pick, I don't think it's terribly unreasonable to debate whether or not he still is.
or maybe just leave him alone his winrate isnt low fair play rate he preforms fine and does scale into the game fine best to just leave it alone before its broken again
