At least let him get 10 gold from the bandit mastery. I mean if you walk up and auto someone as Rakan you dawn well deserve 10 gold instead of 3.

Considering that Rakan has 3 escape mechanisms - on top of heal and shield - no, he does not take the same amount of risk as melee supports do when using basic attacks. Keeping him in his current range and keeping him at 3 gold per bandit proc is perfectly fine.

Him not being melee doesn't break things like Knight's Vow and Relic items. He's already pretty bonkers so this was an obvious power tune. If he had all those neat melee effects, he'd be the next Camille which I'm glad he isn't.
