Then how come at 20 minutes I just see a sated devourer champion 1 shotting things. Seems legit to me.

Posui Gart2 votes20 minutes is actually mid game. Some games end with surrender at this point. And sometimes while your jungler farms for 20 mins, their jungler ganks every lane twice before lvl6, grabs warrior/runeglaive and ganks some more, so that devourer jungler finishes his stacks with the sound of his inhibitor collapsing.
