Can evelynn receive a mana buff?

The mana problem has always been existent and part of balancing her, but giving her dark frenzy a cost has caused the issue to affect her builds. It forces her into building Runeglaive over building Warrior or Juggernaut, because she never has the mana to utilize her abilities. Could we not revert the mana cost on her Dark Frenzy ability? It is frustrating when a champion with both AD/AP ratios on her main abilities is being forced into particular builds in order to be successful, and the champion is already one of the weaker junglers one has available.

But...then again...everyone hates her stealth despite the fact it only allows her to bypass wards, and how the community feels; usually means her stealth becomes effective both in game and out of game. She just fades away until someone notices her.
