Can we report people for not warding?

Is refusing to ever ward and blaming the support for not having vision on the entire map reportable?

I dunno what it is this preseason/season, but every single game I seem to be having has at minimum 1 person who uses 2 or less wards the entire game, then it's my fault we don't have everything warded

The last game I just did, we had somebody who died multiple times to ganks but still didn't lay a single ward til the 20:07 mark

no, you cant report them for not warding.

you can report them for flaming if they flame you for not having everything warded though. but thats as far as you get.

I remember a time where support was blamed while jungle and top had access to sight stone.
