Cass nerfs on the PBE basically look like death for her. The one good thing about 4.21? You can make up for her playstyle being unfun by wrecking face. Now she's still unfun and probably horrendous again.
Let's see how many "new fans" of Cass still support her after this goes through.

It was insufferable to put up with all the fotm sheeps using her win rate to defend how she is fine and that the rework was a success.

Riot's like: "We don't like balls of stats champions" If this is true then wtf is giving Cass free CDR and AP on her passive? Stashu coulda done so much better for all you Cass lovers out there.

LongFur Fox2 votesCassi right now is probably at the best she has ever been since release. A few nerfs to her mana costs is only going to hurt her early game and maybe force her to buy tear instead of roa. That said this is only pbe and much can change.
