Why would you be trying to kill the ADC with your damage? It's pitiful, everyone knows that. However them trying to kill you is what you are looking for as a rammus.

a couple of tanks turned out being broken after riot reworked them which caused riot to gut a lot of tank items especialy in the late game. item 3075 deals less damage and barely scales at all,this time is in rammus's core build item 3068 lost half its damage to champions
