Hey, Riot, the fuck can I do to win games?

I came back to League, made some builds and wanted to play again after quitting. Played one game and 2 of my teammates went afk. I am going to play POE again xd I mean, this game exists 10 years and fundametal things aren't fixed. I am out and I advice everyone to do the same.

Now, the gameplay thing, because its in Gameplay section. For quite some time my mastery on champions doesn't matter because they are in the dumpster.

It is literally better to play other champions for the first time because things like Vi, Heca, Karthus, Xin, Sejuani, Kindred and Lee Sin (yes, he too, since he was reworked and is an ad burst champion instead of skillful tank with a lot of mobility) are too strong and easy to play. When champions that are easy to play are too strong they are called broken. Everybody can take them and outperform a otp of other champions (tier 3 and below).

It comes to the point that everything that I have learned is meaningless and some dumbass on a broken champion can outperform me, even tho I gank more, steal his jungle, fuck him up and play almost perfectly. He has a champion that is good in early game, mid game and late game (which usually is still mid game but mid game +, late game doesn't exist).

Can we somehow fix that? Yes. By restricting scaling so that AP can build a tank item and AD can build an utility item. Not going full ad or ap. It is kinda braindead that you can only go 2 ways. Full ap or full ad. Back in the early seasons we had literally freedom of choice. We could go any item and it would work and maybe we would be able to counter some champions by doing so.

With it we would not have problems with full crit builds because we can get even on AD or AP champion. I would love to play Anivia and get some weird stupid items are make them work, because they counter something.
