I know Riot games and League since 2012. I have to spoil it to you. S10 won't be better. If you felt that Season 9 was shit, then wait for S10. Every new season is worse than the previous one. Stop having high hopes and motivating yourself. There is no hope for S10 to be good. Also there are some rumors about changes in S10 and it doesn't look good.
Imagine nerfing Bot lane XP when the lane is already 2-3 levels below solo laners.
Imagine buffing solo lane XP when Mid lane is the strongest lane in the game.

To be fair, Season 9 is better than Season 8. Don't get me wrong, though. Season 9 is still garbage. Season 10 will most likely put it back in the dumpster tier, though.

rito thinking staying in lane against an opponent is skillful by giving them 50%+ xp in the new season, when all they do is waveclear, teleport, and hit plates. very skillful. the only time playing the lane mattered was back in s3. gamebalance is a joke, always has been, however i dont think theres a season that has been any worse than s9.
all people do is whine because they have no map knowledge and can't win just shut up and play another game
League have been awful since release. It's never been good. Every single season was shite
Alternatively, if you liked season 9, then here comes even more of what you love.

I just hope that the elder dragon change won't go through, it's too broken. The map changes based on elements seems cool but if one team gets elder drake everything after that just becomes a roflstomp.
