Explain what options immobiles have against him?

a point and click 99% slow that guarantees the landing of his stun isn't a healthy design.

Does he need a nerf? No. But he should never receive a buff ever until an eventual rework.

He has 1 damaging ability. Its delayed damage as well... He doesnt start off with a 99% slow and if he is maxing E second then he wont have his rotation up as much. Consistency for damage. His damage fall off late game also.
