Can we do something about Nasus's slow Riot?

I think Nasus's slow is just too much. Late game he can abuse cool down reduction with iceborn, and just perma slow you. The slow is nearly 100% so there is literally no escape, even if you're Udyr. I

Riot fixed Skarner cause he could keep you slowed forever, it's about time to give Nasus the same treatment.

Iceborn is becoming a problem with a few champions who use it like Ekko, EZ, Nasus, and stuff.

Going back to Nasus tho, can we increase the cool down on his slow so he can't literally just use it against once you come off slow or can we not make it nearly a 100% slow? This is just absurd at this point.

I know Nasus is cool and all, and there will be people defending his 100% slow, not even my favorite champion Ekko has slows to the level of the 1 single Nasus slow. They aren't 90%+ other than the passive proc, but that takes more work than a point and click slow from Nasus.

Yes, his perma slow is a point and click as well.

I think Riot should look into giving him a proper nerf. When you see a Nasus in game, you gotta hope the match is over early, you can't afford it to go to late game with this champion being so strong, even if you harass him all game, and stuff, by 40+ minutes, it doesn't matter, he has enough farm, hes abusing iceborn, and it's destructive.

Anyhow, that's all for this rant, would love to see a Riot response regarding what they think about Nasus and his perma slow, and how that's fair to anyone that isn't named Zed or EZ.

It honestly isn't as bad as you make it out to be.

QSS will remove it from anyone and it builds into a great item for AD champions. If your team is playing properly, you can kite Nasus around fairly easily since he has no mobility spells and needs to be in melee range to be effective.

Even if the slow increases from 35% to 47/59/71/83/95% (and it is usually the ability maxed last), that isn't as bad as it sounds due to how movement speed works. Movement speed cannot be reduce below 110 (about one-third of a champion's base movement speed) through any method, so the effective slow is closer to 66% in actuality and you champion can still move. In addition, it only reaches that point during the last second of its duration; the slow is significantly less before that point.

While is can be difficult to escape as an immobile champion (i.e. Udyr, as you suggested), champions with Blinks or Dashes can easily escape him if timed correctly. All they have to do is go over a wall or escape near the end of the duration so that the slow ends before he can catch up and he's out of range to re-apply it.

Nasus himself is quite vulnerable to slows during fights. Considering how popular Iceborn Gauntlet and Rylai's Crystal Scepter are, how many champion kits have innate slows and CC and the uptime of Red Buff, he's quite easy to kite around later in the game even without mobility. Frozen Mallet is especially strong, but it's less popular so I didn't include it (but it is still a great pick-up for autoattacker).

While Ekko doesn't have a slow as strong as Nasus, he also had an advantage in mobility, safety (blink and heal and stasis on his ultimate) and an AoE stun. Champions are different; you can't just compare one aspect of their kits in isolation.

Nasus is a slow-moving titan who will smash you if you fight him within melee-range unprepared. Ekko is a sticky little fly who will slowly beat you to death while you can't escape him. Their kits encourage wildly different play-styles and strengths.
