I Believe a Part of Yasuo's Issue is his Crit Passive

We've all seen and QQ'd about Yasuo getting double crit, but why could it be such an annoyance to other players? Item efficiency. Yasuo has to build less to get more, and is one of the few champions I can think of that rely on crit to do the most with their kit, while also losing the least item efficiency.

What about Caitlyn, Ashe, and everyone else that benefits from crit?

To get even remotely close to the amount of crit chance Yasuo gains on a daily basis would need 2-4 items, leaving much less room for damage-based items such as item 3812 and item 3036 or more utility/niche items like item 3139 and item 3033.

Yasuo had some intention to be built like an ADC, if I'm not mistaken. Unlike most ADCs, he doesn't lose as much from building crit. If he's going to be relying on crit to become stronger than some other champions, why should he get free item efficiency along with it?

EDIT:

I don't think I was clear enough with my thoughts. I want Yasuo to stay as a crit-based champion, and not some cancerous full tank bruiser build, but I feel he should be both/either more reliant on crit and gain some less item efficiency, so he isn't doing more with less.

The crit passive needs to stay. As Trinimortal put it, it forces Yasuo to have to build two items every game consistently. The only problem is, those two items are breaking him. The damage reduction from PD, and the passive of IE eliminating the 10% damage reduction on his crits are a problem. I believe they should make it so that his passive says his crits can never do more than 10% of a normal crit's damage (which makes IE nothing more than an AD/Crit item to him, instead of a damage amping tool to ignore his passive with)

To borrow from someone who understands the champ more than I do: Yasuo's crit passive (which also decreases the damage on those crits, ftr) balances him more than anything else in his kit because it encourages building crit items, which don't give tank stats. Yasuo is essentially an ADC that's in the middle of your team: he does a ton of damage but goes down very quickly if he's focused. He has high mobility, the wind wall and knock-ups to compensate for this.

Now imagine all of that with 4k HP.

The crit passive is what keeps Yasuo from ending up like Tank Ekko-it gives a easily manipulatible factor that Riot can control and adjust with Yasuo. Look at Akali is So Hot's post on it.
