But I want to ask anyway, is he on your Radar? Or do you think he's fine? If Gangplank is going to get nerfed (Again), I'd love to discuss what would be the right area to hit.
RexSaur3 votesI think the main problem with GP atm is that he can actually take exhaust mid/top lane without giving up anything (because he has global impact with ult) and be pretty much immune to being all inned in the laning phase (his supposed weakness), if they actually nerfed this broken spell he wouldnt be any kind of balance issue.
Or make his ult not global (5500 range like TF) so he has to actually take TP top lane (or have to walk outside the lane to ult mid).

ßurst1 votesI would agree that they are nerf happy with gp, and I love playing him, but trust me he needs more of a buff than a nerf. he just needs help surviving the lane phase. He's like a helpless lvl 1 adc for most of the lane phase. The reason he takes exhuast is because he gets demolished by so many champs lol.

ßurst1 votesTrust me when I say theres no need for nerfs here :D but its just horrible how long it really takes for him to scale. you can only really do much once you get a tri and compared to other champs that have a horrid early game, gp gets to his later power veryyy slow. I would say look at veigar, cass, nasus, or even someone like cait/twitch adc they all ramp up faster than gp and still have a destructive late game

Hope you're kidding, theres a lot of 1 trick gp players that destroy games in high elo (just watch tobias fate when hes not trolling).
And you can only destroy the barrels of bad gp players, good ones will phantom barrel you from across the screen (you literally cant hit it as it explodes while it is in the air in your face), and if that hits late game on more than 1 target he wins the team fight/game, regardless how much armor you have.

And it doesn't matter how good the gp is, if you're also good with gp you will destroy his barrel no matter what, unless he uses a barrel from far away and hit you with the 3 barrels combo WHICH also can be avoided if you know he's going to do it you can just back off when he hits the first barrel
