You also have to realize that he has at least 30 flat MP, and almost 600 AP. I do agree his Q's % damage is overtuned, but his damage is logical with his items and stats.

BULLSHIT. It is NOT logical for a spammable AoE basic ability to do more damage than single target burst ult. I can't even fathom how you could possibly think that's ok. You are literally the reason Riot doesn't listen to the boards
