They upped the poisoned dmg accordingly though didn't they?

This is just to stop the E spam them out of lane with corrupting lvl 1 without taking aggro.

No it actually increased her e spamming you out lane at level 1-2

Mana cost reverted, rank 1 base damage up, rank 3-5 base damage down.

Have u seen how Envy with Lucian mid double ADC comp easily won against TSM with Syndra mid ?

Riot want that shit cuz right clicking the shit out of ur enemy is considered LC$ Big Play but landing skillshots is not !
