I've been gone since,....Well, between Gnar's release (Which I remember) and Azir (Whom I've only heard of now). Anything change with the jungle? WHo's top tier, and if jungle changes exist, who's no longer viable that used to be? Thanks in advance.

Honestly - the new jungle is something you have to experience. It's still so new that many people have their own opinions about who is good / bad / ugly. New buffs are awesome, I love the new jungle, but a lot of people are raging about it. My opinion is to find your own opinion.
