They aren't nerfing her, but they are reworking her to give him a little bit more reason to not be a Right click bot.
This Wednesday. They are removing her passive's interaction with 
so that her passive isn't up all the time when hitting one person simply by being near something else.
Champs buying hurricane should make a tradoff by losing single-target damage, her passive makes it so she gets the rewards but no tradeoff (actually gets a buff in single-target dps).
