Her early game isnt balanced at all.
Says the guy who got wrecked by her... Sorry, but not knowing how to play against a champion pretty much invalidates your claim that she's broken.
She is broken, but once you know how to play against her you'll understand why, and can easily beat her.

I nver played against her before and this guy was 5 tiers a head of me and was a fiora main with over 100 fiora games
And yet you blame the champion.
And yet you blame the champion.
A champion that can All in me at level 3, you know what happened to the last couple of champions that could do that they got nerfed.

Experience beating inexperience is nothing new. Fiora is a snowbally champion, but she's pretty easy to invalidate if you know how to play against her.
Fiora can be considered a counter to Swain in any case. She can easily jump on him and chunk him (so his range means little), Q to dodge his Nevermore, and his ultimate cannot affect her while she is ultimate him. If she times her ultimate correctly, she can even avoid your E projectile.
Take it as a learning experience. You may have had a chance in the lane if you didn't die to her before 4 minutes into the game; as it was, you let her snowball off you and she used that lead to crush you until you were too far behind to do anything.
She was killing me underturret at level 6, it was kind of annoying.
Sorry, changed my mind and moved my post to it's own discussion instead of replying to this one. I didn't notice you post until after I moved it. Tried to move it back but apparently I can't undelete a post.
Considering how far she was ahead early game, there are a great many champions who could do the same thing with that lead. Falling behind snowbally champions (i.e. Draven, Akali, Fiora, Irelia, Katarina, etc) can be terrifying if you don't know how to handle it.
Anyone with that amount of knowledge over you will be able to destroy you. It's not a problem with the champion.
Fiora does have problems but you have to learn about her to separate what is an actual problem and what is just user error.
Or you could, I don't know, respect The Grand Duelist's early game and play passively and farm up, since her mid game is trash if she doesn't get fed.
Literally all you have to do is NOT feed Fiora, and then you automatically win lane at level 8.
