I was just stunned by Bard after his Q passed through a Trundle pillar and hit me. Lost 2 inhibs because of that death and eventually the game.

Cosmic Binding will take into account player-created terrain

Working as intended.

"After Cosmic Binding hits an enemy, the burst of energy passes through them and searches for secondary targets." No, it isn't.

No. player made terrain does not count as a wall, you just can't move through it.

Bard saw it, too. I was Trundle. I put up the pillar between us to cut him off, and he stunned me through it with no other terrain nearby.

It works when it hits the wall first? Bard can cast Q through a wall and hit someone to stun them? That's not what it sounds like in the tooltip.
