This community is stifling diversity

This just needs to be said, even if nobody reads it.

Diversity means that the players do things that are different. Riot cannot make you be diverse if you all you will do is copy last weeks lcs matches. Riot is even going as far as to promote diverse lcs champ picks to encourage you to do things differently.

What this community does it take the 20ish champs that are typical performers in lcs and say they are the ONLY viable champs. They pick the same champs over and over and guess what, some champs are shown to be strong. Instead of finding DIVERSE ways to deal with the strong one (out of the 20 you even consider viable) you whine to riot to nerf them.

Yes, there are a few champs that are just pretty underwhelming and need some help. However, for the most part, in most levels of play, the difference between lcs FOTM champ and any other on the roster exists only in your mind. People spammed renekton top and then raged when lulu crushed them until they nerfed her. You know what you needed to do instead? pick someone else and entertain diversity.

Stop complaining to Riot about diversity and start trying new things out. Stop reporting your team for picking something you dont see often. You probably raged on someone two weeks ago for picking kennen and now you are doing it because it was in the lcs.

TL;DR - diversity is up to the community. Do something different, dont be so serious. Let yourself fail and learn strategy.
