Can Tiamat proc on-hit? Like RH?
That would be cool. Would it be broken? Ruunan's hurricane is ranged, while Tiamat is melee, so I don't think so...

You mean proc on-hit effects on all targets it cleaves? That's a bit much, Runaan's only gets two extra projectiles, there's no limit on Tiamat's cleave.

There are like 5 on hits it could possibly proc. I donmt actually see how this could be that bad.
Wits end would be ok.
Fervor would be problematic but OK anyway cause it's actually triggered on auto attack and not on hit.
Guinsoo's rageblade is already hrd as hell to stack for a melee.
Lifesteal already proced by ravenous hydra.
Bloodrazor would be strong but perhaps not OP. Might be scary with titanic hydra.
Botrk would probably be strongest synergy with lifesteal AND on hit.
But ultimately I can't really see this breaking the item.
It does not. Whether it should or not isn't something I would be able to form an opinion on quickly, but I definately think it is healthier without that. In fact, hurricane itself is balanced for abusers and not for general use I believe.
EDIT: That is kinda hard to read. What I am saying is that tiamat is statistically strong because there are few cases of champs synergising too well with it.
I thought RH was ravenous hydra for a sec, and I got confused
Braum AA > suddenly AoE stun ...and that's just one example why that is a really bad idea...
