I think the reason why Riot isn't disabling Xerath, is because this is such an easy way for them to lure out scripters and cheaters and ban them ez pz lemon sqzy. I mean I have seen some accounts on op.gg that obviously used this exploit and they're no longer active so it seems to be a nice lil trap.
