My long games have been the best ones I've had in my time playing LoL

And up to this day this hold true, having just finished a 51 minute game with big teamfights that held everything at stake, then each team somehow clutching to survive back and forth.

And yet Riot keeps on pushing for making the game a stomp fest, as if we're playing HotS.

I wonder if the community generally enjoys games being close or stomps in general. Why does Riot keep on trying to push their will if the former? I remember rumors back in S3/4 that Riot has internal problems of people trying to dominate the direction of each department. Makes me wonder if they gradually turn out to be true.

I enjoy the long games where its back and fourth, then finally one ultimate teamfight and the game ends. Those games always left me feeling awesome or sad. Those are the games I miss the most and cherish in the rare instances when I get to play em.

I enjoy the long ones the best. I have had a few come from behind wins because the game extended for so long. I wish more games could go longer.

Same. I dislike stomps. The best games I've had are those that are back and forth, long matches, where victories are narrow and well placed, not filthy snowball games.
