I actually find it to be the other way around with Taric. I seductively wink at the enemy Graves, hoping it'll be stunning enough to leave him stupefied where he stands, yet, by the time the fabulous realization of my beauty hits him, he's already dashed all the way to his tower, so it's pointless.

Polymorph is a projectile and can be blocked by Yasuo's wall. Sure it's a fast one, but still a projectile. E is a point-and-click.

I think only Sivir can effectively neutralize Taric's dazzling smile. But even then, she has to see it to shield it.

You're forgetting that Nocturne has it too. Yasuo has that wind wall. There's also those champions that can remove cc off of themselves, such as Gangplank .
